German Style Sausage Apple Bake

   3          Lg               Granny Smith Apples -- peeled, cored, slice

   2          Lb               Sausage -- sliced 1/4" thick

   2          Tsp             Butter

   1          Sm              Onion -- diced

   2          Med            Potatoes -- peeled & sliced 1/8

   1          Med            Green Bell Pepper -- diced

   2          Med            Zucchini -- sliced thin

   1 1/2    C                Mozzarella Cheese -- shredded

 

Peel, core and slice apples.  Layer apples and sausage on the bottome of a 9x13x2-inch casserole dish and dot with butter.  Then layer the oinos, potatoes, bell peppers and zucchini.  Bake in a preheated 300 degree oven for 1 hour.  Once casserole is cooked, cover the top with cheese and bake until melted.
